Bomber Disc Golf Course was created by GLDC (a local development corp.) and GPLA (the Park's landowners association). The landowners pay a yearly common area maintenance fee, which paid for the disc golf course. GPLA has a small budget to acquire sculpture, perform trail upkeep, add trees to the greenspace, and make improvements to the disc golf course.
